Layby Terms & Conditions

Minimum value – Lay-by is available on purchases of $50 or more.

Service Fee – A $3 non-refundable service fee will be charged for each new standard 8 week Lay-by.  

Deposit – Each new Lay-by requires a minimum 20% deposit,

Exclusions – Lay-by is not available for clearance and discontinued products, products specifically excluded in- store or in promotional materials.

Term – Standard lay-by is available on a 8 week term for all items (excluding prams and furniture) and must be paid in full and collected by the finalisation date printed on the receipt.  Prams and Furniture have a 6 month term as required.

Payments – Minimum fortnightly payments of no less than $10 are required.

Additional Payments – In addition to the minimum fortnightly payments, you are able to make unlimited installments during your lay-by term.

Payment Methods - Permitted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, debit cards displaying a Visa or Mastercard logo. Accepted gift cards and cash can also be used for in store Lay-bys. Surcharges apply.

Cancellation –  If you cancel your Lay-by, fail to make payments when they are due, or fail to collect Lay-bys by the due date we will refund you all amounts paid, minus a cancellation fee of $20. This is in addition to the $3 Lay-by service fee already paid for standard 8 week Lay-by’s. For items that are on special order and have been received in store, you will be charged shipping costs.

No Modification – Lay-by orders cannot be modified.

Collection – The Lay-by must be paid in full before goods can be taken. 

Black Wrap - As part of our sustainability commitment, large and bulky products will no longer be wrapped in black plastic to conceal their contents. Please be aware of this when collecting your lay-by item in store.

Privacy – adoreu baby respects our customers’ privacy. Personal information may be used to administer your Lay-by. View the Privacy Policy online at www.adoreubaby.com.au or request a copy be emailed to you.

Promotional layby - During promotional events, these terms and conditions may vary.
