how do I track my posted order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation which will contain a tracking no. for Australia Post.

how much is shipping?
All orders within Australia are sent via EXPRESS POST and cost $12.30.

can you deliver outside of Australia?
We can also deliver to you if you are a customer outside of Australia.  International freight rates to your country will appear during the check out process.

if I live in Launceston, Tasmania do I have the option to click and collect?
Absolutely, always happy for customer to save on shipping and collect directly.  Our baby shop is located at 112 Cimitiere Street, Launceston.  There is an option for you to select this option during checkout of our website.
